Barazza S.r.l. is committed to making its e-commerce website jollynox.shop accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 82 of 27 May 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) into Italian law, and with the relevant technical guidelines.
This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.jollynox.shop/ in both its Italian and English versions.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA and with the European standard EN 301 549, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.
"Partially compliant" means that the website meets most accessibility requirements but not all of them yet: some barriers remain, which we are working to remove.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the reasons indicated.
a) Non-compliance with accessibility requirements
The review covered the most representative pages of the purchase journey (home page, category page, product page, login and account area). The basic structure of the pages was found to be correct: each page has a single main heading, the navigation and content areas are properly identified, and both the search field and the newsletter sign-up field have a label usable by screen readers. The following issues were identified, described in terms of their impact on people using the site:
- Description of images — on the home page most informative images have no alternative text description: in particular the images representing the product categories and the service images (deliveries, in-store collection, payment methods). People using a screen reader do not receive the information conveyed by those images (WCAG 1.1.1).
- Description of product photos — on product pages the different gallery photos share the same description and do not distinguish the individual views of the product (WCAG 1.1.1).
- Icons — several icons in the pages (for example those in the header) may be read out by screen readers in a way that is hard to understand, because they are not hidden from assistive technologies (WCAG 1.1.1, 4.1.2).
- Login form field labels — in the login form the labels of the e-mail and password fields are not linked to their respective fields in a way that lets a screen reader announce them correctly (WCAG 1.3.1, 3.3.2, 4.1.2).
- Opening the menu on mobile devices — on mobile devices the control that opens the navigation menu, shown only as an icon, does not clearly communicate its function to people using assistive technologies (WCAG 4.1.2).
- Cart name on mobile devices — on mobile devices the cart's text label is hidden and only the icon remains, which may not clearly communicate the function of the control to people using a screen reader (WCAG 4.1.2).
- Skip-to-content link — there is no quick link allowing people navigating by keyboard to bypass the menus and reach the main content of the page directly (WCAG 2.4.1).
- Page indication in listings — on product listing pages the page currently being viewed is not indicated in an accessible way (WCAG 1.3.1).
- Language of the English version — on the English version of the site the page language is not declared with a valid code: screen readers may apply incorrect pronunciation. The Italian version is correct (WCAG 3.1.1).
- Announcing actions — some actions, such as adding a product to the cart, are not announced to people using a screen reader at the moment they happen (WCAG 4.1.3).
- Aspects under in-depth review — checks are still underway, using assistive technologies, on full keyboard use and focus visibility of some interactive elements (carousels, drop-down menus, dialog windows, cookie banner), on colour contrast, and on full accessibility of the cart and the purchase and payment process (WCAG 1.4.3, 2.1.1, 2.4.7; EN 301 549 — entire service).
b) Disproportionate burden
At present, no disproportionate burden exemptions are claimed.
c) Content not within the scope of the legislation
Some content may fall outside the scope of the legislation, including:
- third-party content that is not developed, funded or controlled by Barazza S.r.l. (for example embedded videos, maps, social widgets or external payment systems);
- documents in non-editable formats (e.g. PDF) published before any remediation.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 10 June 2026.
The method used to prepare it was a self-assessment carried out internally by Barazza S.r.l., based on a review of the most representative pages of the purchase journey (home page, category page, product page, account/login area). A further in-depth audit covering the cart and checkout is planned.
The statement will be reviewed periodically and whenever significant changes are made to the website. Last review: 10 June 2026.
Commitment to improvement
Barazza S.r.l. regards accessibility as an ongoing process of continuous improvement. Technical and editorial work is currently underway to progressively remove the barriers listed above and to bring the website into full compliance with WCAG 2.1 level AA.
